Ana Rita Castro received an integrated Master’s degree in Bioengineering at the University of Porto (2016). Then, she worked as a research assistant (2017-18) in a translational research project between i3S and Clínica Saúde Viável, focused on human Hair follicle regeneration. Currently, she is pursuing this topic as a PhD student after enrolling in the Doctoral Program in Biomedical Engineering (FEUP, 2018), under the supervision of Elsa Logarinho, PhD.
