André is graduated in Sound and Image and took a master's degree in Sound Design, both at UCP - School of Arts, in Porto. After the graduation, he took part of a Scientific Project (ARTTS - Assistive Real-Time Technologies in Singing) in Feup, a project that combined music and singing with technology. A year later (in 2012), he joined M4M Project (Music for Media), an academic lecture series that aimed to create a collaborative network between UP and several institutions of international renown in the field of music and new media.
At this time, he built his Sound Studio and began his carrer in Music Production.
In 2013, he started to work at a Live-Sound Company, where he was in charge of the assembly and transportation of gear for stages of shows, concerts and Music Festivals (Primavera Sounds, Marés Vivas, etc...).
In 2016, he joined a video-game company, where he was part of a sound-design team, creating music and sound for all the games and videos that were created there. With the knowledge aquired in that field, he started to compose music for several institutions and projects in Portugal.
In 2017, he started to focus mainly on his studio, producing music bands and solo artists, composing and writing music, and working in sound-design for Video, Animation and TV Shows.
In 2019, he joins i3s, to manage all the audiovisual work in the auditoriums and meeting rooms.
