i3S, the data controller, will need to collect and process your personal data (provided in this form) for the purposes of organising the event and communicating with participants within the scope of the 'On the bank of a black hole: where knowledge converges'. Please note that the capture of general photographs where participants are not identified (and therefore are not considered personal data) will take place. These photographs may be displayed on the i3S website, social media and newsletter.
