i3S, the data controller, will need to collect and process your personal data (provided in this form) for the purposes of organising the event, register the participants, issue invoices and process payments, issue and deliver certificates, and communicate with participants within the scope of the 'III ImmunoHUB Annual Meeting |The Microbe-Host Interface: Interactions and Evolution'. Please note that the capture of general photographs where participants are not identified (and therefore are not considered personal data) may take place for communication and dissemination purposes. These photographs may be displayed on the ImmunoHUB website and social media, i3S website, social media and newsletter, and in reports to the funding agency.

I declare that I was informed by i3S, as data controller, that my data will be treated confidentially and exclusively for the purposes mentioned above. I also understand that, in accordance with European and national legislation applicable to the protection of personal data, I have the right, as a data subject, to request from the data controller the access/portability, rectification, deletion, opposition or restriction of processing of my personal data, as well as the right to withdraw my consent to data processing. I have been informed by i3S that I can exercise the aforementioned rights by contacting the Data Protection Officer of i3S (by email: dpo@i3s.up.pt or post: Rua Alfredo Allen 208, 4200-135 Porto, Portugal). PAYMENT DETAILS
Please identify your name clearly and the Registration ID when ordering the transfer and send us a copy of the transfer receipt to events@i3s.up.pt.
Full payment of costs should be made in EURO (payments in any other currency will not be accepted). Currency exchanges or bank fees have to be paid by the registrant.
In case of cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Amendments in the receipt will not be accepted.
