Consent for disclosing personal information in the List of Participants of the Training course
I consent that my personal information (name, affiliation and e-mail address) is disclosed in the list of participants of the Advanced Training Course in Molecular Bioengineering, 3rd edition. I understand that i3S, the data controller, will be processing these data which will be published in the abstract book. I understand that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the Organizing Committee (mariana.simoes@i3s.up.pt) and/or the Data Protection Officer of i3S (dpo@i3s.up.pt). However, I understand that after the publication of the abstract book, the removal of these data will no longer be possible.

Full payment of costs should be made in EURO (payments in any other currency will not be accepted). Currency exchanges or bank fees have to be paid by the registrant.
In case of cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Amendments in the receipt will not be accepted.
