Please note that the capture of general photographs where participants are not identified (and therefore are not considered personal data) may take place for communication and dissemination purposes, and may be displayed on the i3S website and social media.

Online broadcasting/recording of online sessions:
Given the blended nature of this training course and in order to be able to meet its objectives, the online sessions will be broadcast live via an online platform (Zoom) with restricted access to registered participants. These online sessions will also be recorded so that they can be shared with course participants via the i3S Training Moodle Platform. Recordings will be eliminated after the end of the course. In this process, your personal data in the form of video or audio may be processed. Nevertheless, you can always decide for yourself whether the camera and microphone are switched on or off. In addition, you may have the option to share content. If you participate in the chat function, we will process your personal data contained in the chat texts, and the other participants may also have knowledge of such content.

Full payment of costs should be made in EURO (payments in any other currency will not be accepted). Currency exchanges or bank fees have to be paid by the registrant.
In case of cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Amendments in the receipt will not be accepted.
