i3S, the data controller, will need to collect and process your personal data (provided in this form) for the purposes of organising the event, issuing invoices and processing payments, issuing and delivering certificates, and communicating with participants within the scope of the '7th International AHR Conference'. Please note that the capture of general photographs where participants are not identified (and therefore are not considered personal data) may take place for communication and dissemination purposes, and may be displayed on the i3S website, social media and newsletter, website and social media of the ImmunoHUB project and in reports to the funding agency.
Please note that this event may be broadcast live via an online platform (e.g. Zoom/YouTube) with restricted access to registered participants. In this process, your personal data in the form of video or audio may be processed. Nevertheless, you can always decide for yourself whether the camera and microphone are switched on or off. In addition, you may have the option to share content. If you participate in the chat function, we will process your personal data contained in the chat texts, and the other participants may also have knowledge of such content. As a matter of principle, we do not record online events.
I declare that I was informed by i3S, as data controller, that my data will be treated confidentially and exclusively for the purposes mentioned above. I also understand that, in accordance with European and national legislation applicable to the protection of personal data, I have the right, as a data subject, to request from the data controller the access/portability, rectification, deletion, opposition or restriction of processing of my personal data, as well as the right to withdraw my consent to data processing. Please identify your name clearly and the Registration ID when ordering the transfer and send us a copy of the transfer receipt to events@i3s.up.pt.
Full payment of costs should be made in EURO (payments in any other currency will not be accepted). Currency exchanges or bank fees have to be paid by the registrant.
In case of cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Amendments in the receipt will not be accepted.
