I hereby express my consent to the collection and processing of my personal data (provided above) by i3S for the purposes of registration, course database generation, issuing of invoice and certification, and communications related with this course. Providing such data is mandatory for course participation.

I declare that I have been informed by i3S, as data controller, that my personal data will be handled with confidentiality and exclusively for the purposes stated above. I further understand that, under the applicable European and national data protection legislation, I have the right, as data subject, to request from the data controller the access/portability, rectification, erasure, opposition or restriction of processing of my personal data, as well as the right to remove my consent to the processing of my personal data. I further understand that I have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority concerning a breach of personal data protection rules.
