BiotechHealth still accepting applications

"What kind of courses do you offer?"

This is one of the most frequently asked questions by high school students whenever they visit us or learn of our existence. While we explain to them that we are not a school, we safeguard the fact that we participate in four doctoral program and many times PhD candidates even take classes here.

One of them is BiotechHealth, a doctoral program in Molecular and Cell Biotechnology Applied to Health Sciences, now in its 6th edition, which results from a partnership between i3S, Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar, Faculdade de Farmácia da Universidade do Porto, and REQUIMTE - Rede de Química e Tecnologia.

Boasting a strong international component, BiotechHealth instills a greater sense of independence in students by allowing them to design their own work plan with a fair degree of autonomy. 

Applications are open until October 12th and the best part is the strongest candidates will be eligible for PhD scholarships.
