I3S intends to provide its laboratories with the necessary means to carry out their research and development activity within the Wellcome Innovator Award2021-SmartCap project.

Especificações técnicas, mínimas, pretendidas:
- Pumping time - Less than 5 minutes (power vacuum pump as 5m3/h).
- Metal vacuum hose to connect pump and coater, with connections integrated, to avoid vacuum leakages.
- Slow venting 2 minutes on purpose, to protect the samples to move during venting, especially the TEM grids.
- Automatic Process (in general):
- Pumping down the instrument
- Target pre-cleaning step
- Opening / Closing of the shutter
- Venting if needed
- With Glow Discharge unit for Sputter-Coater
- Deverá Incluir: Transporte, Instalação e formação
O i3S considerará a melhor proposta apresentada aquela que tiver reunido todos os requisitos acima mencionados e com a melhor relação qualidade/preço/prazo de entrega e prazo de garantia. Em caso de empate, será considerada a melhor proposta aquela que mais se adequar aos objetivos da aquisição.
