Gabriela M. Almeida completed her PhD in Health Sciences at the University of Leicester (UK) in 2006. Was a Researcher at the University of Leicester until 2008, and at Ipatimup/i3S until early 2021. Since then, Gabriela has specialized in Data Protection and Information Security and is currently the Data Protection Officer of i3S.
