He obtained a BSc in Biology from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP) in 2025, graduating with a final classification of 18/20. During the final year of his undergraduate studies, he conducted his bachelor’s thesis at i3S (Instituto de Investigação e Inovação em Saúde), under the supervision of Dr. Filipe Pinto and Prof. Dra. Paula Tamagnini assessing the redirection of electrons in mutants of synechocystis, exploring potential applications such as hydrogen production. This thesis had a final classification of 20/20.

He is currently a Master’s student in Forensic Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP).
