13th International Meeting of the Portuguese Carbohydrate Group
The 13th International Meeting of the Portuguese Carbohydrate Group – GLUPOR 13 is going to be held at the i3S – Instituto de Investigação e Inovação em Saúde, Universidade do Porto, from September 3rd to 5th, 2019. The symposium is an initiative of the Portuguese Carbohydrate Group and the Portuguese Chemical Society (SPQ).
This meeting is an opportunity to present and discuss the scientific advances in the field and establish new collaborations among the carbohydrate national community. This exciting meeting will include the various areas of glycosciences, such as:
Carbohydrate synthesis, structure and analysis
Carbohydrates in food and agriculture
Biotechnology and glycomics
Glycobiology in health and disease
Medicinal and biomolecular chemistry
Other applications of carbohydrates
