Open positions at i3S
The i3S consortium, headed by the University of Porto, brings together four institutions and researchers from several schools of the University of Porto. The i3S results from the long-term collaboration between IBMC, INEB and IPATIMUP, encompassing joint projects, co-supervision of PhD students, sharing of large equipment and employment of research staff under coordinated policies. The wide participation of schools, research institutions and hospitals in a research institute is unique in Portugal and is a valuable asset for science and technology development.
i3S announces the opening of international calls for 8 doctorate research positions (4 at IBMC, 2 at INEB and 2 at IPATIMUP) of Principal and Assistant Researchers to perform duties of scientific research in the scientific area(s) of the i3S, namely Host Interaction & Response; Cancer; and Neurobiology & Neurologic Disorders, under a work contract with non-fixed term, within the project with the reference POCI-01-0145-FEDER-007274 / UID/BIM/04293/2013, financed by FEDER - Fundo Europeu de Desenvolvimento Regional funds, through the PT2020, and by Portuguese funds through FCT - Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia/Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Ensino Superior.
