Diogo Costa Rodrigues completed his Integrated Masters in Bioengineering (Molecular Biotechnology) in 2018, at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar. In 2016, he joined the Bioengineering and Synthetic Microbiology group (I3S), where he focused on porous biomaterials and hybrid metal-organic-frameworks for the isolation and storage of relevant biomolecules. Currently, he is a PhD Student attending the Doctoral Programme in Molecular and Cellular Biotechnology Applied to Health Sciences aiming to develop a new detection method for amyloid biomarkers.
