Igor M Lopes holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering (Purdue University and NSERL-USDA, USA), a M.S. in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering (University of Kentucky, USA) and a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Engineering (State University of Campinas - UNICAMP, Brazil).During his academic career (starting as an undergraduate scientific-initiation fellow in 2006), Igor had constant training and experience in statistical methods (experimental design, linear models, data mining, and time series). His work has been conducted in collaboration with distinct multidisciplinary groups, focusing on animal production, environmental controls, and environmental impact. As a member of the "Addiction Biology" group as a Junior Researcher, Igor's activities include implementation of behavioral analysis software and equipment, animal behavioral experiment observation, data collection, and statistical data analysis.
