Finished my Bachelor's in Computer Science in 2021 and decided to enroll in the Master's in Biomedical Engineering at FEUP due to my interest in studying how the brain shapes who we are, and developing applications to help our current clinical approaches.

I then joined the Neuroengineering and Computational Neuroscience (NCN) group at i3s to work on my Master's thesis which goal is to aid pre-surgery planning of refractory epilepsy patients utilizing a combination of image analysis methods to better detect focal cortical dysplasias (FCD) in MRI images.
