João Guimarães has a BSc degree in Biology from the Faculty of Science of the University of Porto (FCUP) and a MSc degree in Neurobiology from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP). Currently, he is enrolled in the PhD Program in Neurosciences from FMUP and is a PhD student at the Synapse Biology Group.
