MSc student

Currently, Marco Rocha is a student of the Master in Cellular and Molecular Biology at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto (FCUP). He is currently at the BSM group, under the supervision of Paula Tamagnini and Filipe Pinto, continuing his work on the characterization of Synechocystis mutants with redirected photosynthetic electron flow.

Previously, Marco Rocha graduated in Biology at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto in 2024, where he started the characterization of Synechocystis mutants lacking putative electron sinks (i3S, under the supervision of Paula Tamagnini and Filipe Pinto).
