João Oliveira is a researcher and master's degree holder in cellular and molecular biology. He is currently a researcher at the Institute for Research and Innovation in Health (i3S), University of Porto. He is co-author of two original research articles published in Q1 and Q2 scientific journals and has presented three posters at international conferences. His scientific training includes research internships, specialized courses, student mentoring, and science outreach activities. He has participated as a research fellow in four research projects and has received three awards. Passionate about cellular biology, João was recently awarded an FCT PhD scholarship.
