Karolina Lopatka
Biofabrication
Research Trainee
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Genetics and Experimental Biology (University of Wrocław, Poland) and the Master's Degree in Molecular Biotechnology (Jagiellonian University, Kraków, Poland). My Master's thesis investigated the tumor microenvironment and its impact on the uveal melanoma metastasis. Currently, I'm completing a Graduate Erasmus+ Traineeship in Biofabrication Group at i3S. My research interests lie at the intersection of cancer biology, neurobiology and innovative biofabrication techniques with clinical and translational applications.
