Required previous experience with laboratory animals: Minimum FELASA category B or equivalent is mandatory.
Course Contents:
This workshop will focus on non-terminal and terminal blood sampling techniques for mice and rats:
- Mouse blood collection: tail vein, facial vein and cardiac puncture;
- Rat blood collection: tail vein, safena vein and cardiac puncture.
