Anabela Costa has a Postgraduate Degree in Documental Sciences from Universidade Portugalense. She has been part of IBMCs workforce since 2005 as library manager. Collaborating often with libraries from Universidade do Porto, Anabela strives to achieve a higher availability of electronically accessible content for the scientific community, by applying new strategies and methods and creating new partnerships. She also promotes the Open Access Policy to the scientific community and is responsible for the respective uploading process.
