Ana Filipa Costa
Technician

Ana Filipa Costa is graduated in Biology and Master in Cellular and Molecular Biology by the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto. She concluded the master's degree in 2016, after presenting the dissertation: “Inhibition of cholinergic neurotransmission by ß3-adrenergic receptors in the urinary bladder of rats: role of the release of adenosine and activation of A1 receptors” carried out in the Laboratory of Pharmacology and Neurobiology of ICBAS- University of Porto (supervised by Dr. Paulo Correia de Sá), where she published 2 publications as a co-author. She was previously a Master Research Fellow at I3s - Instituto de Investigação e Inovação in the Glycobiology in Cancer group, (Project PI: GLYCOkiller (POCI-01-0145-FEDER-029780). She is currently a PhD student under the guidance of Dr. Catarina Gomes, being an author of a publication and co-author of 1 publication.
