Jorge Ferreira
Associate Researcher
Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of Porto and Project Leader at i3S. PhD in Biomedicine by the Faculty of Medicine of Porto in 2013 under the supervision of Helder Maiato. Finished Master´s degree in Molecular Oncology at the Faculty of Medicine of Porto in 2005. Completed an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at the Faculty of Sciences of Porto in 2000. Currently investigating how cell and nuclear mechanics regulate cell division and chromosomal stability.
